When you arrive at the project location, you MUST click on the I HAVE ARRIVED button on your job ticket in the ReadiCharge Installer app. This informs the customer that you are on site and ready to begin the job. It is imperative to click on I HAVE ARRIVED upon arrival. You will be unable to mark the job as COMPLETE once finished until you have clicked on the I HAVE ARRIVED button.
On-time arrivals are crucial to your overall rating.
After this, you MUST review the job ticket in the ReadiCharge Installer app to verify that the charger and the job scope are correct as per the specifications on the ticket. If the charger is not correct, follow this LINK to get instructions on how to proceed.
In some instances, you might find that the job scope is different from the specifications on your job ticket. For example, the electric panel may be 75ft from the desired charger installation location as opposed to 25ft as initially entered by the customer. In this case, both you and the customer MUST agree that the job scope has changed. Please follow this LINK for instructions on how to proceed.
After you have completed the installation, you must attach a ReadiCharge branded sticker on the COMPLETE installation site, take pictures, and attach them to the comment section on your job ticket then mark the job as COMPLETE. In some cases, the installation may be COMPLETE and PENDING. If so, click on the COMPLETE button in the ReadiCharge Installer app then select the PENDING option.
The customer will get a notification in their app that the job is PENDING. It is your responsibility to clearly communicate with your customer why the job is COMPLETE and PENDING. It is also your responsibility to ensure that your customer confirms that the job is COMPLETE and PENDING in order to receive your material allowance. Your labor payment will be withheld until the job is marked COMPLETE by both you and your customer.
Please be sure to finish anything pending related to the job, and mark the job as COMPLETE within 45 days from when it was marked as COMPLETE and PENDING by you and your customer. The labor payment will be transferred to your account within 48 hours after the job is marked COMPLETE by you and your customer.
However, if you mark the job as COMPLETE and PENDING and there is no action from your customer, you MUST reach out to the customer directly to remind them to mark the job as COMPLETE and PENDING. If there is still no action after two days, you MUST provide pictorial evidence that the job is COMPLETE , and you will receive your labor payment within 7 days.
If you fail to mark the job as COMPLETE within 45 days from when it was marked as COMPLETE and PENDING by you and your customer, you will not receive your labor payment. Your labor payment is withheld because you have not fulfilled all obligations to your customer.
However, if you complete the job and there is nothing pending, you MUST place a ReadiCharge branded sticker on the newly installed EVSE charger then click on the COMPLETE button and select the COMPLETE option again for the second time. Here, you will receive a prompt asking you to upload a picture of the newly installed charger with the ReadiCharge branded sticker you applied to confirm that the installation is indeed complete. After uploading the photo, then you can mark the job as COMPLETE.
After this, the customer will also receive a notification to confirm that the installation is complete. When both you and the customer mark the job as COMPLETE your labor payment together with your material allowance will be processed if the material allowance has not already been disbursed.
