If the customer is completely unresponsive prior to the appointment date, you are required to go to the installation site on the appointed date, at the appointed time. If you get there and your customer is still unresponsive, you will click on the “I'VE ARRIVED” button in your ReadiCharge Installer app. You MUST also add a note in the comments section of the job ticket specifying that the customer is unresponsive and unavailable.
NOTE: A fee will be assessed to the customer and you will be compensated based on the job being cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. Your payment will be disbursed within 7 business days.
