If a customer cancels the job appointment, you will be notified on your job ticket. In this case, the cancellation will have no impact on your rating and you will not be paid for the services. At this point you are also required to return the material if necessary.
However, if the customer cancels the job less than 12 hours prior to the installation appointment, you will partially be compensated for the inconvenience. This fee will be deposited in your account within 7 days after the cancellation.
