To adjust your recurring weekly availability, you need to go to your dashboard within the ReadiCharge Installer app and click on the 'gear' icon located at the bottom of the screen then select the 'recurring calendar' setting option. From there, you can select any specific date to adjust the hours.
Default “All Day” setting is 7am to 7pm.
Remember that some service tiers, or multiple charger installations, can take up to 12 hours. If you offer these services,you MUST be sure the availability includes at least one day with 7am to 7pm.
REMINDER: By setting your availability you agree to take any appointments scheduled during your available time slots. It is your responsibility to manage your calendar.
