If the customer is completely unresponsive or cancels the job while you are on site, you will click on the “I'VE ARRIVED” button in your ReadiCharge Installer app. You MUST also add a note in the comments section of the job ticket specifying that the customer is unresponsive and unavailable.
NOTE: A fee will be assessed to the customer and you will be compensated based on the job being cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. The standard compensation fee is $100 which will be disbursed within 7 business days.
