After you have completed the installation, you MUST mark the job as COMPLETE. In some cases, the installation may be COMPLETE and PENDING. If so, click on the COMPLETE button in the job ticket in the ReadiCharge Installer app then select the PENDING option.
The customer will get a notification in their app that the job is PENDING. It is your responsibility to clearly communicate with your customer why the job is COMPLETE and PENDING. It is also your responsibility to ensure that your customer confirms (by selecting the COMPLETE and PENDING button in their job ticket) that the job is COMPLETE and PENDING in order to receive your material allowance.
However, if your customer DOES NOT mark the job as COMPLETE and PENDING then you will NOT be paid anything until they do.
Please be sure to finish anything pending related to the job, and mark the job as COMPLETE within 45 days from when it was marked as COMPLETE and PENDING by you and your customer. The labor payment will be transferred to your account within 48 hours after the job is marked COMPLETE by you and your customer.
If you fail to mark the job as COMPLETE within 45 days from when it was marked as COMPLETE and PENDING by you and your customer, you will not receive your labor payment. Your labor payment is withheld because you have not fulfilled all obligations to your customer.
