If the customer only has two chargers available for a job where three (3) are scheduled, first add a note to the comments section of the job ticket specifying only two (2) chargers are at the installation location.
After you have selected the “I’VE ARRIVED” button on the job ticket in the ReadiCharge Installer app instruct the customer to select the “MODIFY JOB SCOPE” button in the job ticket in their ReadiCharge Customer app. Then proceed to walk the customer through setting up the job with only two (2) chargers. Your labor payment and material allowance will adjust to reflect a job with two (2) installs as opposed to the initial three (3) installs.
