How does scheduling work?

ReadiCharge customers schedule their appointments based on the availability published by our installers. Therefore, it is critically important to keep your calendar up to date and accurate, in order to maintain customer confidence. 

We understand you may need to reschedule when necessary, but your initial availability is still critical as this is what the customer sees when they first set their appointment.  

Because scheduling is vital to our collective success and to ensure reliable service, ReadiCharge utilizes an internal ratings system to determine which installers are best for each job. Two key components are scheduling commitment and on-time arrivals. 

N/B: Failure to adhere to your stated availability may result in loss of job opportunities, or dismissal from the ReadiCharge team.
