If you decide to cancel your scheduled appointment, first you MUST add a comment to your job ticket informing the customer of your cancellation.
Then ask the customer to cancel the job on the 'cancel job' button in the ReadiCharge customer app on their job ticket, then click on the 'cancelled by customer' button and follow the prompts.
However, it is important that you show up for the job once it has been scheduled based on your published availability.
Please note: Missed/cancelled appointments negatively affect your rating and your ability to get future jobs via ReadiCharge.
