If you are unable to take the project, first you MUST add a comment to your job ticket informing the customer of your cancellation. Then ask the customer to cancel the job on the 'cancel job' button in their app on their job ticket and follow the prompts.
However, it is important that you show up for the job once it has been scheduled based on your published availability.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you are free to do so. To reschedule, first you MUST message your customer directly to choose a date and time that you are both available. Then go to the job details through the Job Queue in your dashboard. Tap the “Reschedule” button at the bottom of the screen and choose a new date agreed upon by both you and the customer. This can be any date even if you have not previously assigned availability to that date. When you confirm the new date, the app will send a notification to the customer that the appointment has been changed. We recommend that you also reach out to the customer through messages to follow up and confirm the appointment.
