To reschedule a job you MUST follow these steps:
- First, you MUST message the customer directly within the job ticket found in your dashboard on the ReadiCharge Installer app, and agree to a date and time that works best for both of you.
- Once the new date and time has been agreed upon by you and your customer, then tap on the “Reschedule” button at the bottom of the screen. Your calendar will appear where you will choose the new date and time agreed upon by both you and your customer. This can be any date even if you had not previously assigned availability to that date.
- A notification will be sent to you with the new date and time of your rescheduled job. The job ticket in your dashboard on the ReadiCharge Installer app will also be updated to reflect the new date and time of your rescheduled job.
To get to your job ticket, go to your dashboard and select the 'SEE JOB TICKET' tab. When the tab opens, you will see a list of the available jobs, and you can select each to see the details associated with the job.
