First, you MUST message your customer directly to choose a date and time that you are both available. Then go to the job details through the Job Queue in your dashboard. Tap the “Reschedule” button at the bottom of the screen and choose a new date agreed upon by both you and the customer. This can be any date even if you have not previously assigned availability to that date. When you confirm the new date, the app will send a notification to the customer that the appointment has been changed. We recommend that you also reach out to the customer through messages to follow up and confirm the appointment.
Please note: Missed/cancelled appointments negatively affect your rating and your ability to get future jobs via ReadiCharge.
