What are Service Tiers?

Installers have the luxury of selecting their desired service tier. Service tiers are the various service levels offered via ReadiCharge. 

ReadiCharge has FIVE service tiers. These include:

• Basic Installation (BI) service
• Intermediate Installation (II) service
• Advanced Installation (AI) service
• Advanced 80 Installation (AI80) service
• Commercial Installation Service
