What happens if I am not certified?

During your initial certification, if the issue is with your license, or insurance, we will reach out to you to see if we can resolve it together.  If your background check fails, unfortunately you will not achieve ReadiCharge certification and therefore will not be able to be scheduled for ReadiCharge installation jobs/projects.  After certification, should your documents expire, your account will be suspended until the document is valid.
