The first step is to check the job that has been assigned to you and check the time when you are expected to be on site. You can find all these details on your job ticket in the ReadiCharge Installer app.
You should then confirm with the customer whether they have received their charger. If they have received the charger, you should ensure that you have all the materials you will need to complete the job before leaving to start the project.
However, if the customer has not received their charger, you can reschedule the job. Follow this LINK for more information on rescheduling.
Lastly, ensure that you have ReadiCharge branded stickers to place on the newly installed EVSE charger after you complete the installation. A photo of the newly installed EVSE charger with the ReadiCharge branded sticker is required to mark the job as complete, which triggers your payment.
